This course provides details of how to give effective feedback to parents are Rainbow, how to cater feedback to different age groups, and what information should be included when providing feedback.

This provides Rainbow Staff with the information and training that you need to effectively carry out home visits prior to a child starting at gan. 

This course is for all new Rainbow staff, and it must be successfully completed within the first 3 months of employment.
